This family literacy program meets once a week for a two-hour session and learns together in sessions that include stories, songs and hands-on learning activities. Children have opportunities to learn through play, make friends and make gains in their early literacy and school-readiness skills. Parents have the opportunity to see how their children are growing, developing and learning. You can meet and talk with other parents in the community, gain peer support and participate in parenting workshops on a variety of topics ranging from child development and parenting, to early literacy.
