COVID 19 continues to have a dramatic impact on our region and our province.
We are aware that there are vulnerable populations in every community - including Calgary and area. In order to support these individuals with a focused needs-analysis and protocols for strategic support, CCIS has created a Crisis Response Protocol for Immigrants and Refugees.
Through a centralized intake, we conduct individual assessments and create coordinated service plans to address immediate needs through direct resources, community referrals, and logistical supports. Areas of focus include Resettlement, Family Violence, Mental Wellness, Health, Housing, Finances and Food Security.
