CCIS is taking a very proactive approach regarding the Novel Corona Virus (also called COVID-19), as we strive to do our part in containing the spread of this virus.

Our top priority is assisting anyone who has recently arrived in Alberta and does not have family or community resources available.   

  • We can help you via telephone, e-mail, on-line or by virtual communication such as Skype or MS Teams. 
  • We will support you as best we can during this challenging time, keeping in mind that some city, provincial and federal services may still not be fully open or available.

We are meeting with new clients by appointment only and are unable to accommodate walk-ins at this time.
