CCIS is taking a very proactive approach regarding the Novel Corona Virus (also called COVID-19), as we strive to do our part in containing the spread of this virus.

While our offices may be closed, we continue to provide essential services for our clients at our locations within Calgary and rural Southern Alberta.

  • We can help you via telephone, e-mail, on-line or by virtual communication such as Skype or MS Teams. 
  • We will support you as best we can during this challenging time, keeping in mind that many city, provincial and federal services may not be available.
  • Our top priority is assisting anyone who has recently arrived in Alberta and may not have the family or community resources to support them through this challenging time.   

Many of our workshops, training sessions, language classes, community events and personal interviews have been postponed indefinitely.

If you have an assigned counsellor at CCIS-please connect with them directly via e-mail.  Call our main switchboard numbers if you need to get their contact details.

If you DO NOT have a counsellor-please call the office in your community, explain your situation and we will do our best to connect you with someone who can help.

Please DO NOT travel to our office locations as they are closed.
